Production of laminate housings for various items

We manufacture polyester-glass laminate housings intended for mechanical devices and specialized equipment. Our products are made of high-quality materials using advanced technological processes. We fulfill orders for both small elements and large-sized items. We undertake the design of any housing and then implement it in the production process.

The constructions performed by us are characterized by an excellent design preparation and reliable implementation. We use laminate to produce, among others housings for self-propelled and industrial robots bakery machines, medical devices, engines used in the automotive and aviation sectors, and many other elements for various industries.

Production of laminate housings: vacuum suction technology for excess resin

Which method of producing laminate housings should I choose? There are various techniques for producing housings from this material. The polyester-glass laminate is made using vacuum suction technology of excess resin, which translates into the high quality of the product and has a huge impact on its uniformity. This process is called VARTM technology (Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding) and is intended to achieve a higher level of material strength.

How is laminate production carried out using the VARTM method? Glass mats are placed on a form and a special material protecting against air ingress, also called vacuum foil, is placed on top of them. Next, the air is pumped out from the space between the glass mats. This is the so-called form-vacuuming. Once the vacuum is created, the resin is introduced into the mould through a special distribution system and then drawn through the reinforcing mats using a vacuum. This process allows you to obtain a laminate with a very good surface quality and extremely durable, because it reduces the number of air bubbles found between the mat and resin layers.

We invite you to take advantage of our offer for making laminate enclosures. We offer advice and assistance in project implementation.
